  1. I used to dance at the Red Square back when I was a crazy rave dance goer person. It was really more like anarchy than communism though.

  2. A very different red from that on Moscow's main square, presumably.

  3. I'm almost wondering if they know what Red Square connotes. I can't believe that there are a lot of communists in Hernando, MS.

  4. Well, I was picturing a square flowing with the blood of slaughtered animals. The Red Square in Moscow was only Communist for 70 years of its 300-odd years anyway, and the "red" has nothing to do with Communism. I actually thought it was to do with the colour of the buildings, but apparently that's not true either.

  5. I know people whose first thought would probably be that it's a place Paul McCartney played a concert, rather than of parades of tanks and missile launchers. And at least one person whose first thought would probably be "blue circle". :)

  6. Well, that first comment is really interesting Paul. If I had time, I'd look up some more about it. Thanks.
